I am impressed with staff’s knowledge, friendliness, and quality of work. They have always been beneficial with anything I have needed. With that being said, I am utterly disappointed with a recent encounter. I was quoted a price for work on my bike. (Granted the bike say up there for a few weeks. Completely my fault.) When i went to pick up the bike, the price was over double the original quote. The service rep did not handle the mistake professionally. I am not upset because mistakes do happen.
