They probably could improve in a lot of ways. I went in there to get some spark plugs and the manager didn't know how to look up the part number so she had to call someone to help her. I suppose that's to be expected though as she's only manager cuz her dad owns the place. The one good thing they have going for them is their Tech. He does good work.

I have purchased my last two Harley’s here and I have always been treated great. Highly recommend.
We broke down and towed to Ozark service center. Jim was super helpful and offered to open the store on his day off to get us going. We travel on a few trips a year; our group has had various breakdowns across the country and we have dealt with several Harley service centers. Ozark Harley-Davidson treated us, BY FAR, better than any other has. Thank You....this is an exemplary shop and what we hope to run into every time one of us runs into trouble. Truly appreciated!
