Terrible company. Came in with great promises after the tornado damage and now we have gone over 3 months and they refuse to respond or reply to emails or phone calls. I have lost a significant amount of time to get my house repaired due to their horrendous lack of communication and non-existent customer service. Now I will have to start all over with a different contractor.
Great roofing company in the Benton/Bryant/Malvern/Arkadelphia areas. They do great work on Shingle roofs and gutters alike! Would definitely recommend this company for their speed, A+ communication and reliability. Thank you Ozark Exteriors for being the best roofers around!
I'm very pleased with the final installation. The installation crew and people were awesome.
I feel that this company installed our shingles incorrectly and did not repair roof damage and they will not communicate we us.
