Slow to repair storm damage. In the time it has taken them to restore power to 3000 people which doesn't include the city of Battlefield apparently, City Utilities has restored power to 30,000 people in Springfield. Let someone who knows what they are doing do the repairs.
They don't maintain anything at all. Nearly every storm and power goes out for thousands. My neighborhood alone, this year, same transformer has blown nearly every storm.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars we are paying almost 600-700 dollars a month on electricity and that is absolutely ridiculous. We’ve been in the district for 12 years and it has never been this bad my family makes decent money but we have a lot of kids but charging 150 or more a week is absolutely ridiculous and if you are 1 cent over your electricity gets shut off no matter what.
This “cooperative” is not abiding by federal and states laws. They are operating with false authority in a criminal manner. We seek payment for damages caused by installing harmful dirty electric and EMF emitting hardware in our community. We seek criminal punishment for those working within the cooperative who are knowingly breaking federal and state laws.
