Pay for what you don't use ? Stay far away from this provider .... but then there's the problem, if you live in the area served by it , it's a monopoly and the only game in town. Definition of MONOPOLY - The exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service. This company is the definition of monopoly, we have no choice in who we have to pay for electricity.
They just shut off my utilities in 20 degree weather. Called and spoke to a rep after paying my bill and she informed me that they were instructed to not make any disconnects today due to freezing and frost warnings but it magically happened anyways. Be Leary of this company. They’ll let you, them kids, your parents and animals freeze to death.
No one should worry about the latest rate increases, President Trump promised to lower energy cost by 50% in 10 months! I'm looking forward to my utility bill being cut in half and gasoline only costing $1.50 a gallon. So unless he was LYING about that, We won't have to wait long!
