Absolutely Horrible. Do not trust this disorganized office with your personal information. My daughters information was under someone else’s name for months. Then when they finally fixed their mess up, they had the audacity to send me a letter saying I missed appointments. Obviously I had not because my daughter was on a medication that required monthly appointments. They just had their records so messed up that they didn’t even have the right patient! HIPPA will be contacted on this very soon.

I saw Dr. Jackson today at the Bentonville location and was highly impressed! He took the time to adequately address all of my concerns and was able to help me with my skin issues! Will be highly recommending him and will definitely be returning!

If you book a surgery appointment with a physician. They should be on time not an hour and a half late for an 11:00 appointment. Then to have them joke about a medical dermatology emergency. It's not funny from a patient's perspective.
Everyone there was friendly and kind. I had excellent care. Dr. Shach has an excellent bedside manner. I will definitely be returning to this practice.
Robert Stevens is the best - been his patient for 15 years, and he's never disappointed me.
