Freshly made, flavorful meals is a sign of true Southern hospitality, so we use quality ingredients and recipes some folks might call timetested and traditional like our handcut fries, country green beans and home made chili. We stopped in on a Sunday evening. We were seated by a "hostess". We waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Several employees passed by. No one stopped, spoke to us, or would even make contact. After 2 additional tables were seated and had ordered, we decided it was time to leave. Great food. Had chicken fried chicken and everything on the plate was fantastic. My wife said the BLT was the best she had ever had.

Been here 4-5 times. Every time except yesterday I would give it a 5, but food just wasnt as good as usual. Maybe a different cook than normal or off his/her game. Waitress was very good. They usually are. My wife got the chicken Alfredo this time and last. Last time we were here the waitress recommended the vegetables in the pasta and my wife said it was one of the best pastas she ever had. This time just wasnt the same.
