The service providers are great. But the front desk admin have too many personal relationships with clients. My partner left a card on file for my account and the front desk staff kept telling him and asking if every purchase was okay…very odd behavior. It made me uncomfortable and feel like they were trying to date him or something. Like, they didn’t want my partner to do things for me…it was so weird.
For me Ozar Wellness is an healing center. Though, upon my arrival I did not have the code needed to get upstairs and the man at the desk downstairs is not helpful. Not sure what he does do but it isn’t to serve guests. I had to knock on a door nearby and ask someone to come out and walk me through the process. Why couldn’t the gatekeeper help? Once upstairs things were great. Front desk helpful and Jay is always spot on in treatment. I’m much better today.
Ozar Wellness House is the best of L.A. The equipment is top tier and the instructors are plentiful and terrific. I also love that there is so much scheduling flexibility. They seem to always be able to accommodate me. Ozar Wellness is a one stop shop for ALL things wellness. There is so much to learn within their walls. Oh, and the girls at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful to have found this special place!!!
I had an incredible experience at Ozar Wellness House. Their Red Light Therapy bed is truly next level — easily the best I’ve tried. The session was relaxing, but what impressed me most was how energized and recovered I felt afterward. The team is professional and knowledgeable, and they make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for advanced recovery, biohacking, and longevity services in Los Angeles, this is the place. Highly recommend.
Nick knows what he is doing. The only complaint I have is the process of paying for the parking--I do mean process!
