I was a customer for 10 years. Extremely disappointed that we had an issue with their service and they tried to blame everything except own up to a potential mistake being made. I have canceled my contract.
Ozane has not only serviced my yard for pests seasonly, but also remediated the mold in my basement of my first home. They are are very efficient and friendly when they come to the house. We have a subscription with them, so they come quarterly to check the outside of the house and, if necessary, the inside. They always mail notice a week or two before they come to visit to let us know they're coming. I highly recommend Ozane Termite & Pest Control because they are a very reliable service that definitely gets the job done.
