Aaron, the owner, is very Professional. Mark, the electrician, is efficient, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Judy is very helpful. All three are very kind. I've found my electrical contractor. Won't use anyone else
They showed up promptly and were very friendly. The job however, was a rube goldbeerg fix. Had a breaker box for my pool moved to an easier location (about 18 inches from its current location. I.m not sure if it even had to be disconnected and connected. Thought the price a bit high for what was done.
This company not only scheduled our job quickly but even came earlier when they had an opening. Extremely professional and did a beautiful job!!! We definitely will be calling them for any electrical work we need done in the future!!!
Came out replaced two outside lights. Programmed one light forgot the other. Contacted about the second program and said he would be out on Sunday. Never showed. Wanted me to program with a phone call with them. I did not pay to do work my self. He was fast and knew what he was doing, just forgot a step. On the fence about hiring again.
This company installed a outdoor wall electrical outlet for my back patio and ran a new electrical line and safety shut off switch for a new hot tub that I am installing, and are coming out to complete the final hot tub electrical connection upon delivery. A previous attempt to fix the problem was unsuccessful. This was not related to the supervisor. When I made another request for repair, Oz Electric called asking about the nature of the problem. Another technician was sent out and made the repair at no charge. This restored my faith in the home repair business.
