Hired for large project to replace meter arrays on side of building serving multiple homeowners. After seven months of waiting, still unable to start and finish project. Some homeowners without power for seven months, but no sense of urgency to complete this project. Will not answer emails or return phone calls. Phone goes to messages and mailbox full. Would not trust this company with any large project, especially one where time is of the essence. Very poor customer service.
Mr. Sanford was very knowledgeable and fast with his install. Overall they did a great job.
People were polite, easy to work with, showed up on time, and did a good job in a reasonable amount of time.
