I had fried oysters, which seemed a bit on the soggy side and did not meet the hype I had heard about this place. Not bad; less than wonderful.
We went there yesterday with my wife and kid and mothers, it's been a few months since we've been there. The service was great, food was great, got the double lobster rolls with onion ring and New York strip, stuffed clams and fried oysters. Lobster rolls were huge! Everything was awesome. The cooks even interacted with my 2 year old son, also we left his kindle behind and the server came outside and flagged us down to give it to us. Overall a great dining experience. I ate there with my family last night(Wednesday) and had a great time. I'm not a seafood person so I had the NY strip which was great and it was cooked just how I asked. My husband and mother in law shared a double lobster roll and an order of stuffed clams and the lobster rolls were beyond stuffed! My mom had a half order of fried oysters and said they were good but after seeing the lobster rolls come out she wished she had gotten that instead because they looked that good. The food is DELICIOUS!!. Definitely will be going back there.
Just had dinner with my family and it was not as good as it usually is....three out of five items ordered were not available...heck you were even out of beer on tap!! Someone should know what they are doing when taking the place of the owner for the time he is gone...disappointed!! Our waitress was a sweetheart though!!

We used to love this place but we were very disappointed at our last visit. I wonder if ownership has changed, both food & service were wanting.
Great seafood and very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful views of waterfront!
