I had a great experience touring the property! Dannae and Gaby were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Their professionalism and attentiveness really stood out and made the tour smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their support and would definitely recommend working with them if you’re considering this property!

Move in was awesome The property Manager Tiana Andrew’s was so welcoming sweet and professional,Move in went easy and smooth the Staff Dani and Gabby was so helpful and Sweet ensuring I get everything I need
They currently still have roaches and please know if you put in a work order they will mark it complete and it will not be done. Also there is dog shit everywhere including the playground area. I recommend for your first start up place but nothing long term. The model apartment is NOTHING LIKE the actual apartments at all. Rental office is rude as well. Unpleasant experience so far even under New management
I've lived here since the second week of SEPT. 2024 and I'm considering just breaking the lease. I've seen at a minimum FIVE ( 5 ) WATERBUGS in my home. Outside of the home there were sworms at night for the first two months. We had to buy vent nets to prevent them from coming in and even that barely helps. The home is very nice layout wise but there's also something triggering my entire family's allergies. We're constantly dusting and deep cleaning and nothing helps.
