After over a month of trying to contact someone on how to pay rent because they aren'tletting me use the online portal due to THEIR OWN errors. I finally got a call back and was met with the rudest response i have ever had. I tried once to solve the issue in office and got greeted with a "what do you want?" Then told they couldn't help me. Very rude and incompetent staff that just wants their bonuses for getting late fees collected....... they will drive you broke by making ways to ignore you and make you late on rent. I highly doubt any of the 5 star reviews are real. The only positive experience was the tour. Upon move in our apartment was disgustingly and rancid. Rat poo, bugs, pee stains on the floor.. the place was disgusting. Mind you, this is after our move in date got pushed for “cleaning”. And since that day I have been completely ignored by the front office. I was promised a new unit, that the property manager would walk it with me first to ensure we were happy.
