A local MUST visit! Best Bloody Mary downtown and it comes with an oyster shooter!

February 7th, 2019 The Oyster House was closed last year, and new owners just reopened Olympia Oyster House, using the original name. They are working hard to restore it to its past glory!! Check out their page at Olympia Oyster House for current reviews.

Had the opportunity to have lunch w my daughter (an Olympia Firefighter) today at the Oyster House. They were holding a hosted lunch to thank first responders who helped when the old restaurant burned. I was blown away by the outstanding service the amazing food and the atmosphere. We had several varieties of oysters and I had the drunken chef which I highly recommend. We will definitely go again. It’s obvious that it’s changed ownership. Well done Oyster House!!

We went there on a Friday evening...place was almost empty...prices on menu were crazy high and we talked about leaving but decided to order because we didn't have time to check out another place. Food was terrible. We won't be going back and would never recommend this place. So sad because it is such a wonderful location.
