My fiancé and I filed a civil case against these treacherous and crass thieves today. We've spent 4 months going in circles for a refund when we showed up an hour after reserving our room for a week stay just to be told they couldnt accommodate us because they were full. They took $271.00 dollars from our account and when we arrived 45 minutes later they had sold our room. Horrible . I made a reservation here and upon arriving a hour later I was informed their manager didn't put my reservation in the system so my room got sold to someone else and they had no availability but still charged me $271 and refused to pay it back. I actually just filed a small claims suit against them after trying for months to get my refund and being denied

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!! I booked a room for $46 apron arrival they tried to charge me $15 they couldn’t explain the $15 up charge fee plus $50 for a deposit this place will scam you the lady in office were going through the cash register and put aside $150 by there purse don’t trust this place!!!! You’re only replying to make yourself look good like you actually care about to company but if you actually cared I would have gotten my money back and your building wouldn’t look like complete shit

100% worst place ever. Never even heard of a cash deposit before this place. I was told they didn't have an ice machine on premise, i never got the hot water to work in the shower, the television did not work. I had to sleep naked on top of the bed. Because the air conditioner was so crappy. Call and check out. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up. And then she had the worst attitude of any employee I have ever come across. It was awful as for towels for 2days it was told that they didn't have enough towels for all the rooms. Ask for roller toilet paper 3 times and they were so hesitant about giving it out, which is ridiculous. The air conditioner was so loud in the room, but it didn't cool anything, but it turned on by itself. It just made God awful noise for every 25 minutes refrigerator barely cooled anything.
