We made the reservation 30 minutes before arriving, when getting there we had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to finish eating before even talking to us. Then she tells us she had to cancel our reservation because they had no rooms but then offered us a room 20 dollars more than the online price. We get to the room and it was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been swept and mopped in weeks. So we had to call and ask for a broom and mop to clean our own room. Hotel was dirty and our room smelled bad. Within 30 minutes of us being there we had to kill 5 roaches. Our ac had towels under it to stop the dripping. We finally get to check out and the lady at the front says we can’t get our deposit back because it smells. The room already smelled??? We go back and forth I spray febreeze in there and she then comes up with oh well there’s trash in the room so you can’t get it back. 👎🤬😡These terrible hotels are the definition of roach motel don’t ever stay here the pictures don’t look nothing like these trash disgusting terrible hotels and the staff is always asleep in there’s no one there they charge me on my credit card and I never stayed there con artists
