If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. A total joke. I got there after 10PM to check in with my online reservation. I waited 30 mins in the lobby confused as to was the place even operational cause of all the lights out everywhere. Only for a woman to show up and tell me that they didn’t do reservation check-ins after 10PM. And then was told I didn’t even have a reservation in the system.
Rooms are terrible bad, almost everything there is super used almost destroyed. We were lucky to get a very kind and nice service from Billy that provided us with ok room. The previous receptionist made us wait in the reception for half an hour and provided unlivable room.
