I made an appt with Jenny the manager of the salon for today (12/06/2023) for 2:30pm for a nexgen (aka dip). I selected a color from their new selection of nexgen and/or dip colors which should be noted is at a lower price point than acrylic. Once my nails were drilled down and soaked off with acetone I was then informed by Jenny (the manager) that the color I selected from the nexgen/dip 'book' could only be applied like acrylic, which would then be an up charge.
