I recently went to Arie and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be going back here on all of my future trips to NYC.
The deep tissue massage was closer to a Swedish massage. It would make sense for someone requesting a deep tissue massage to be assigned a masseuse who is strong enough to deliver. My masseuse was kind, pleasant, and skilled, but not physically strong enough to give a deep tissue massage.
i sort of? impulse booked a 45 min deep tissue massage after my back and neck pain got so severe the day before that if i moved my head a little too suddenly, it hurt so sharply that my vision would white out 😬 yikes anyways, best impulse buy of my life.. i scheduled an appointment with sue ong-ard and she not only gave an excellent massage but also offered stretching tips and advice to help manage my pain in the future. my shoulders can move in ways they havent moved in years, im so happy with this experience?? also there ... read more
