Left 4 message over 6 days and an email with no reply. This is the most unresponsive management company i have ever dealt with . I actually needed info prior to purchasing a unit and was never able to get in touch with anyone. I walked away from the seller and told them it’s unfortunate but their management company is terrible and they soured the deal.
Oxygen manages the building where I live and I have been very happy with the service provided. Our property manager, Chris, is a pleasure to work with. He takes care of all issues that arise in a very timely and efficient manner. No problem is too big or small for him. Very professional and qualified for the job.
