Couldn't find the moisture problem and didn't stand behind their work. I would choose someone other than this group.
My wife and I came home after dinner last weekend and there was a slight trail of water coming from the underneath of our garage door that leads to our laundry. Opened the door and water was every where from the washing machine water line busted somehow. A faucet pipe froze and slowly flooded my office. OxyDry came in same day to assess the damage and thoroughly and professionally took care of the water damage and mold. I was referred to them by a neighbor, and was extremely satisfied with their service. I hope to never have a problem like this in the future, but would absolutely trust Rusty & OxyDry if anything else were to occur. Thanks!!
We had an incident this last month where our son left the faucet on over night and created quite the flood in our house. We called OxyDry very early in the morning. They called us back within the hour and had people to our house within 2 hours after that. They were not only very thorough with the clean up and drying out process, but they were very helpful with walking us through the insurance process and calling in people to start fixing the damage. We are very grateful for their help and we highly recommend them.
This is actually the third time I've used this service. The first time we had a roof leak, with water dripping down the walls in a bedroom. Stacy came out promptly after my call, and tested for damage. Since you could see the water drips on the walls and ceiling, we were both surprised that he didn't find any moisture in the walls (and he did EXTENSIVE testing, since we were both convinced there should be something, and this was a baby's room).
