I recently made the terrible mistake of choosing Oxy Carpet Cleaning for my area rug cleaning needs, and I must say, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Broc came out and did our rugs in the basement and upstairs. He was not only professional but very friendly. He did an excellent job.
So disappointed it was a complete rush job. The side of my bed wasn’t cleaned at all. The carpet doesn’t looks like it was professional cleaned. Save your money
