One of the worst service I ever had. I was sent via email the morning of that they will be at my house. Before I could even confirm, they already redeemed my voucher. I also had to pay $28 extra because I was outside their limit even though they service Norcross, which is only 10 minutes away from me. I get a phone call later from Shawn who is already at my house even though I was told they would let me know an hour before they come. Oxy Rocks! Steven came and did an amazing job. We had wine spilt on our dinning room rug months ago and he got it out - it looks like new! Very professional, thorough and you get great quality for your $. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

This company is by far the worst company i have EVER been in contact with. They are incredibly rude and apparently not even intelligent enough to continue through a detour in order to get to my home. When they called and asked for further instructions on the detour I told them I would call them right back. When I did (within the minute) no one answered. Great Experience I just had my carpets done and wanted to tell everyone about my exprience. I found this company on Kudzu and chose it based on its reviews. The previous clients were right-on about Steve. The first positive sign was that even though I made a last minute appointment, she was able to squeeze me in. I got a courtesy call the next day and she even offered to come early since she finished another job. What can I say? Very good work and ethic Hi all, I write reviews very rarely - I mean, only when it deserves. And yes, the lady at Oxy-Carpets is exceptionally good at what she does. super clean carpets and great service Stacey was early, very personable, and my carpets are super clean. I have white carpet and small kids (not ideal) so I have them cleaned 2-3 times per year and have used various services. She is the best - they are spotless!

Better Than I Expected I recently bought a house with carpets that had a bad dog odor. Oxy Clean did a fantastic job rejuvenating the carpets. They look much better now, and after a week the dog odor did not return. I thought that maybe they'd just perfume the carpets, but they permanently solved the odor problem. They arrived right on time and completed a three level house in about two hours. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent! Our technician was Steven. We asked for him based on previous Kudzu reviews, and we were quite happy with our choice. Steven did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and furniture. He took his time, and did not speed through the job. Oxy made even my old, worn-out carpets look presentable. My house smells so much better now. Also want to mention that Becky (who took my call) was quite personable and friendly as well. I will definitely use this company again.

I had my sofa and luv seat cleaned today, and boy, do they look nice. They were fast and efficient, and left my sofa's smelling great, thaks Kiwi:)
