He was prompt, to the point, examined and diagnosed the problem, not once did he attempt to sell anything beyond what was actually needed to handle the situation. He was courteous straight forward and fast. He certainly did NOT attempt to sell a brand new opener without any other inspection, he diagnosed, found the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend him.
l had to replace a torsion spring on a garage door. They were more than $100 less than the other service provider. They called the manufacturer to confirm the proper size spring as someone had modified the garage door and not upgraded the spring to the proper size. They had the project done in less than an hour. Great service at a fair price.
