Ridge, Valley are great courses! The Par 3 Backyard and the Range with recently aerated and inaugurated practice putting greens are really well kept and fantastic.
My least favorite course from the RTJ trail courses that I played. As we walked into the Pro Shop to check in, we had to deal with JJ and JD who were having a personal conversation, ignored us for a while and never greeted us back. These guys obviously had not been trained on how to treat customers and the minimum standards of politeness. JJ was the worst. Not sure the guy is even trainable... The course was not in great shape. The greens were bumpy and slow. The fairways were not good. In my opinion this course was not in great shape. I’d give it a c- grade!!!
Terrible customer service. I drove over two hours to play at Oxmoor Valley, only to be told when I arrived that my wife could not ride along with me. This was never clearly communicated beforehand, and when I explained the situation, the staff showed no concern and simply said there was nothing they could do, expecting my wife to sit in the clubhouse while I played.
