Labed was so good with me and help me to buy out my lease .and he was great
Awesome. I originally got a certified pre owned. When I found an issue (not my or the dealers fault - the original sellers fault, they hid damage) Oxmoor made it good. I’m in a brand new car now with a comparable payment plus I gained manual transmission (I prefer a stick), lane departure assistance, collision detection, keyless etc. a 2018 - they lost money on it to make it right. Horrible experience. Came in last Thursday to look at a used 2008 Honda Odyssey. Sales person could not find the keys so we just walked around the vehicle. Sales person told me to let him know when I could come in on Friday and would have it ready so that I could take a test drive. Texted him that night asking when he would be in - he said 9 am. Asked if we could come in around 10 am - no response. Get there at 10 am on Friday only to find out he was in the process of selling the car right then to someone else. Would not com... read more
My sales person was great. He was kind of new but pretty knowledgeable. If he did not know the answer to a question, he would be honest and go find out. I used the Costco Auto program and got a really good deal on my new Tacoma. I actually got a nicer truck than I originally was looking for because of the program. The “closer” who was haggling my final price and payments was not the greatest, but I can’t fault the guy for doing his job. The finance office was nice and efficient to get me out of there quickly.
Just worked with Andy and am very pleased with the end result. He was great to work with - give him a call!
The people at this dealership are extremely motivated to help any customer get the perfect car! I highly recommend them to all family and friends in the Louisville area!!!
