It was super easy trading in my corolla here. Everyone made us feel welcomed and they took such great care of us. I love my 2016 Rav4. Elliot was a great car salesman too I'd definitely reccomend him if you need to get a new car.
As much as I love my car, it pains me to say that the customer service is horrible. I was promised a spare key when I purchased the car. They said they would get me one. It’s been 6 mths and now I’m told I will have to pay 250 to get one made. When I reminded them I should have been given a spare they just told me tough luck. I can’t believe they would treat a customer like this especially when it is their fault. Don’t purchase your cars here!!
