Always Impressed My experience with Dealership Service Departments is that they overcharge, find stuff that doesn’t need to be fixed and fix it, and take forever. Oxmoor Toyota is NOT that way. I had a recall notice, and brought in my car for inspection. They spoke to me before any work was begun, told my if there was any cost (there was not) and didn’t go looking for something to fix to jack up my bill. I have since been back for other service, and have always been impressed.
Best price, easy, no surprises I don't like going to car dealers, so I did all of my shopping online. I knew the exact Avalon I wanted, and I emailed 5 dealers, from Clarksville to Lexington. Oxmoor Toyota was the ONLY Toyota dealer to answer my question and give me a true out the door price. I will be back! Thank you Oxmoor Toyota!
