Yes I recently went to this car dealership to purchase a truck and it is unacceptable that I can not get any service from the financial department in regards to applying my credits towards a new truck they always make it seem as if them and the banks are nothing but the middle company when it comes to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle from them they took my application for my credit but said I was unable to get approved for funding how is that if my signature on the application is what makes me approved for any kind of ... read more

I bought a used TL ***** in 2019, and the Salesman lied to me about having the timing belt changed/replaced at 69,100 miles. I asked the question and have a witness to all conversations and the Salesperson lied completely. I asked about all service of the car, I immediately had problems with the brakes, tires, the radio screen went out and Toyota did replace it eventually but nothing can be done about the lie of the timing belt never being changed out. We are sorry for the experience Mrs. ***** has had, but we feel obligated to note that this purchase happened over 3 year ago, on a used vehicle with over 69000 miles. We are unaware of any conversations that Mrs. ***** had with her salesperson involving the timing belt on her vehicle, but we include all reconditioning done by use as well as a free Carfax, which usually shows major repairs. Very rude, do not trust. The entire process is questionable they will tell you anything to get you in the door and then everything changes once you are ready to buy. Would stay away from this Toyota dealership. They wanted a 2500 market allocation plus a 1000 deposit. Told me a few weeks before they were not charging market allocations.

My husband and I contacted Oxmoor Toyota to find a new car. We dealt with Jessica, online sales person, who emailed us when the car we wanted to purchase was on their next allocation list. She sent us the information on the car including the price. We told her we were interested and she suggested we come in to meet with a sales person and put a deposit to hold the car when it came in. The sales staff at Oxmoor Toyota were friendly enough, however the sales manager was one of the worst “professionals” I’ve come in contact with. Terrible customer service and not at all trustworthy. I would not ever recommend buying a used car from this entity.

i think oxmoor toyota is a dishonest dealership . i as a senior citizen will be turning in my lease in June and so far they are making this a bad situation, my car is in excellent condition with extremely low mileage, i have always been taught to be honest ,but i need to remember that many people dont have that built in feature. i truly thought they would have taken care of this better as i have been a loyal customer.
