RecommendedI had an issue with my filter that was not weather-related. On a day when most businesses are closed due to below 0 frigid temps, Oxley is open! The gentleman was here before 10:00 am and had all taken care of within minutes. I do appreciate the long-standing relationship (since 1986) my home and I have had with Oxley Softwater. Customer service at its finest! Five out of five stars!
I have been a customer of Oxley soft water for a decade. I have a Kinetico softener that has more than paid for itself with the salt savings over the years. It's nice to do business with a locally owned and operated company that truly has their customers best interest at heart! Thank you for years of good service as well as a product that more than exceeded my expectations.
