oxi fresh was scheduled to clean HALF of one room. showed up 15 minutes late and proceeded to spend 10 minutes bickering with me about how I must have made up what the guy who made the appointment with me said about moving the furniture. "he didn't say that" - and yet, only one of us was there for that conversation, so.. 🤷. the entire point of the cleaning was to get underneath the sofa, so moving it was absolutely talked about but .. . very unprofessional, and lazy in my opinion. the room without moving the sofa is approxi... read more
Prompt, even called before arriving to ensure I was home and ready. Extremely efficient and paid great attention to the specific areas I was concerned stains wouldn’t be able to come out. Matt was fantastic.
Matt cleans the carpets at the Verizon stores I work at. Not only is the work phenomenal, his is very thorough and professional!
