I was scheduled to have my carpet cleaned this morning. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called and they couldn't get a hold of the technician. I called again 30 minutes later and I was told the technician would reach out to me. He texted the wrong number. I work a full time job and have an hour commute each way. I don't have time for people to not honor their commitments! I won't be using this company. I'm sorry you're daughter was in an accident, but you have a job to do and people waiting on you.

I am going to say that I contacted this company in regards to a possible contract with a business. I called to speak with the owner, and he absolutely refused to take my call. According to his secretary, "He says that he doesn't want to speak to you". I do not know if this is typical for your business practices, but i can not see you getting business that way. You definitely lost a contract with that company.
Oxi Fresh is the best in the business! I do not refer any of my clients to anyone other then these guys! Excellent customer service and attention to detail!
