Tupelo location. I sat in an uncomfortable 80 degree small room for 90 minutes until sweat dripped off the end of my nose. I got up and walked out without seeing the doctor. 90 minutes; pee in this cup and can you verify your date of birth, that's the extent of the service I received unless you count the complimentary sauna. I do not recommend.
I honestly understand where doctors/providers, nurses and staff want or should want to provide the upmost care, but I felt let down that my situation was left up to me to basically suck it up and suffer. I have had numerous surgeries and previous kidney stones. I always was took care of and was listened to but I felt let down with this group.
