Huge thank you to Oxford University Eye Care! I was traveling and forgot my contact lenses, and they were kind enough to provide me with free contacts to get me through my trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for their generosity and outstanding customer service!! Proud Ole Miss parent!
Not happy here! I called back in 2024 to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Was never told up front of any fees for such services offererd. Many tests were done with no indication of fees associated prior. Was then sent a bill! I called to complain- they apologized and said they would waive all fees. Then, months later....in 2025, I received a notice from the lawyer- collection ?!! Demanding I pay the fees? WHAT kind of eyecare is this?!
