Not happy here! I called back in 2024 to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Was never told up front of any fees for such services offererd. Many tests were done with no indication of fees associated prior. Was then sent a bill! I called to complain- they apologized and said they would waive all fees. Then, months later....in 2025, I received a notice from the lawyer- collection ?!! Demanding I pay the fees? WHAT kind of eyecare is this?! Awful experience with doctor! I will never go back. Great staff, though. They were really kind.
Fast , friendly and efficient! Glasses were cute too. Not too expensive. In and out quickly!
I’m sad to say that this is the second appointment where I wasn’t taken seriously by the doctor, and I had to see a second doctor to actually get real treatment and a prescription that works. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but super short visit, very little information, dismissive of questions, and just a very dry appointment. I left with a prescription that was much weaker than my old prescription, while my eyes are in fact worse. Thank goodness for better doctors in town who actually see and hear me.
I had a great experience here! Everyone I spoke to was super friendly, and my eye exam was very thorough!
