Friendly environment
Landlord paid me hush money for property damage his bed bug treatment caused. The lease for all properties stated beg bug treatment was responsibility of the tenant yet the landlord paid for multiple rounds of treatment because the problem off of Gaslight Ave was so severe. HSR were breaking the lease claiming it was a favor, but they did not notify other tenants in the building of bed bugs when they are obligated to. That’s not a favor that’s a cover up…. I didn't visit, just spoke on the phone. She was so nice and friendly, I would definitely rent there when they have an available unit.
