The people always treat us very well and consistently show up to fix a problem incredibly quickly. Would definitely rent from them again.
Friendly environment
Landlord paid me hush money for property damage his bed bug treatment caused. The lease for all properties stated beg bug treatment was responsibility of the tenant yet the landlord paid for multiple rounds of treatment because the problem off of Gaslight Ave was so severe. HSR were breaking the lease claiming it was a favor, but they did not notify other tenants in the building of bed bugs when they are obligated to. That’s not a favor that’s a cover up…. Reasonable prices best prices that I could find called a few and they were the best and very friendly nice people.
I didn't visit, just spoke on the phone. She was so nice and friendly, I would definitely rent there when they have an available unit.
