The rooms are clean, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. During a family vacation I sprained my ankle. I told my story to the manager at the front desk when asking for additional pillows and a shower chair. She not only personally escorted these items to my room, but brought me a special treat as well. I could not have asked for a better "welcome home" after a tough day. She also asked after my well being the next day. Thank you for making what could have been a ruined vacation better!

My significant other and I along with his two boys enjoyed our stay. This was my first time but they have stayed before. Hotel is very clean and felt like home. The staff were very welcoming and treated you like family.
I think this is one of the best places I have stayed in the USA. Clean, tidy, courteous staff and superb facility. Have stayed 6 times now and is my hotel of choice in Boise.
