The insects are crawling all over! – Ever since the weather started to warm up the insects have been crawling all over the apartment. My roommate and I have called repeatedly and we get the same story over and over that they have a contract with a serviceman who sprays for insects but still we are infected with them! I am not happy that the management brushes us off and treats us this way!

--the place is falling apart and the manager hides, so don't expect much – I too had a bad experience with the management of Oxford Square Apartments. The appliances are about 40 years old and in desperate need of replacing. My fridge did not work properly and spoiled food quite often. I asked management for a replacement several times and was refused every time. Other areas of concern--the windows are also in need of being replaced, so if you don't mind spending lots of money on heating costs then you probably won't notice.... read more

Oxford Squalor Apartments – If you don't mind incompetent management allocating more time and energy on the landscaping than your maintenance needs then move right in. Hopefully you won't get the apartment that has water leaking from the upper floors right into your bathroom for 4 months.
