I wanted to share my thoughts on the phone service I recently received, as my experience left quite a bit to be desired. To start, I was jolted awake by a technician who asked if my name was [M.Miranda]. Being addressed as "baby" felt unprofessional and quite off-putting. Additionally, it’s frustrating to discover that we need to fill an extra prescription for medication.
