Since dr noory left never have I been jerked around more by a drs office. First they refused to give me a note for missing work due to covid, then they couldn't schedule me to see a dr for almost FOUR MONTHS. In that time my phone number changed and I was never notified of my appointment. Then they send me a letter saying I'm dusmissed. Like I did something wrong. How about get you patients in to see a doctor in a reasonable amount of time. The entire practice is awful and they are rude.
Dealing with a possible lower GI infection or UTI. Don’t really know because the doctor won’t call me back. I was told 3 days ago now that I might need to get a CT scan but now after calling and asking to speak to Dr. and staff telling me he would call back, I now sit and wait to see if something goes wrong till Monday. Do not go the ermergency room. There were people ahead of me and after / hours I asked the desk why. Supposedly all the back rooms were filled and they had no idea when I would be taken. Left and went to Atrium. Was taken in immediately, and the doctor came into the room within minutes. Would never go there again! Would have given them 0 stars if I could
