We used Oxford Partners twice on two(2) separate occasions both for lease renewals. The second time did not go well at all. We would not recommend anyone looking for a tenant broker like Oxford Partners to any prospective commercial tenants out there looking for solid representation.
Oxford Partners did a fantastic job in helping our law firm find new office space in Houston and San Antonio. They listened to our requests and presented the most suitable options. They provided invaluable support during lease negotiations. Agreements were signed well within our desired time frame. I highly recommend them.
