Oxford Muffler & Auto Service is fantastic! They diagnosed my truck and found that an issue that Cannon was wanting to charge nearly $1000 for wasn't an issue at all. The real problem turned out being something much less expensive and John, the owner of the shop, was incredibly helpful and incredibly generous! I highly recommend this place! FYI, they do more than just mufflers!

My daughter found this shop when she was having problems with her car. Being a parent living far away I was unable to be there to help. She found a gem. Can't say enough how help they have been. Great caring people. I would highly recommend them.
Late review, but deserving. Last November I took my Suburban in for service regarding the catalytic converters. Honest, prompt mechanics. Owner even beat the price of the same OEM equivalent catalytic converter I found online from a third party. Part was ordered and shipped same day. Work was completed the next day. Had them replace some pipe under my 88 Jeep Yj to clear my front drive shaft after I did an axle swap. Got it done in two days for pretty cheap, but the welds and finish work reflect the cheap price. I took it to a shop so it would look good but the welds look like boogers on top of boogers! Oh well it's a trail jeep anyway
Me and my boyfriend Chris were traveling to Arkansas and we had a break down in our suburban. The alternator went out, not even 10 minutes passed and Neal and his girlfriend Tabitha helped us out. Words cannot even describe how thankful I am to have them help us. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone having car problems.
