Update 8/15/25: News 4 in your corner has been contacted about the matter as well. So many laws have been broken by this company and I'm kind of curious how many other people are dealing with this same situation. This update comes from after speaking with the owner. Oxford Healthcare is an exceptionally poor company to work for. My daughter has been employed by them for several months. Initially, everything was satisfactory until they failed to pay her for a month. Somehow, her direct deposit information was removed without her permission or knowledge. She informed them that she was unable to access the information through their app, but they refused to assist her in regaining access to the work app to rectify her direct deposit issue herself. Not a good place. Calllights rarely gets answered food is awful. Laundry never gets done. They never brush grandpa teeth. Housekeeping is a joke. Door system is a joke. Put grandpa in bed with pants pulled down. For what reason so u don’t have to dress him or for them to get wet. Lazy. Oh more laundry more work. Patient care is just awful. There is more to patient care than to change a dirty diaper.

They all took great care of mom. Kimberly Davidson is an excellent case manager. Haillie Hall is a wonderful PCA. Everything was done in great care, concern & professionally. Thank you all so Much. 🫶
