Lane and her nursing staff are absolutely fabulous. They were so helpful and truly care about what they do for people! A breath of fresh air after working with nursing home staff in Utica. Worth every penny and more. The staff comforted my father and were genuine. Our family can not say enough. Thank you: Billie, Beatriz, Estella and especially Lane!

Scheduling of PCA's was poor despite my numerous unanswered calls to the local office. Alicia and Jeanelle failed to provide reasonable care for my mother who was enrolled in the NY state NHTD Waiver program, after suffering a TBI s/p.fall. It:s a shame, that after numerous attempts to try to resolve simple ongoing scheduling issues with the entire staff at Elder Choice, that there was not anyone to.addrrss my mother's issues.
