Frankly, If i could leave NO STARS i would. Since i started working in transportation at Oxford, in August 2025, there were many red flags.. There’s soo much disorganization, no communication between ANYONE- The transportation department and caregivers specifically .The caregivers are some of the kindest, down to earth women and they get treated soo poorly! Whoever was driving this vehicle on 91N today around 3:20 needs their license revoked. Merged slow onto the highway, then sped up, cut me off, and brake checked me when I attempted to pass in the left lane. Then they exceeded speeds of 80MPH in a 65.

My father has been receiving services from Oxford for about a year and I couldn't be happier with the level of care provided by the caregivers and management. During this time, the staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and dedication. In particular, the level of care and help received by his senior care manager, Lisa Lucas-DiMiceli, has been phenomenal! I have been an employee with OHC for 4 years. This company is the pillar of home care services within the community! We strive on providing exceptional home care for our elderly population. Our staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients; providing companionship and assistance with daily tasks. Our caregivers are dedicated and compassionate. I am so pleased with not only the care my mother in law received, but the kindness and respect she was shown. And I have to thank Caitlin especially as her knowledge in case management and guiding our family through this unknown was invaluable.
