My mother was here for 2 weeks and received absolutely horrible care. Call lights would go for hours unanswered. Assistance was not given to help her from the bed when needed. Would take multiple requests to get medications already prescribed to be administered when needed. I could go on and on with detailed complaints about this horrendous facility. The day we pulled my mother from this hell she ended up in the hospital next door in critical condition.
It was a wonderful place to receive physical therapy, we had great experiences twice, kind wonderful, caring people....
This place is terrible beyond words! Our Dad was there a few weeks & had problems getting the staff to help him almost every day! He waited a whole hour once when he really needed help! Oxford Health & Rehab should be closed!!!!!
Therapy is the redeeming virtue of this place. We have waited 40 minutes tonight & still my Dad is in distress. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here for care. We are out of here tmw!!!
