I have been there for about 9 months I cannot get any help from the night CNA I have not seen Dr King for the whole time I was there I fell the first weekend I was there and I have to crawl into the hallway to get some help The entire health care center is awful please do not put your parents there a total disgrace The place claimed to be Medicaid and I have Medicaid but I have escaped from them and I will not go back Kevin the head cook was good and Karen is over the activity department but due to the virus that activity ha... read more
Would not recommend this place to anyone. We had the WORST experience there with my grandfather. When he was there for rehab we would go in and he would have no clean clothes to wear so they would just leave him in the bed and not take him to therapy. They lost his clothes ALL. THE. TIME. Sometimes they would just not take him to therapy just because. They didn’t make sure he ate. Nine of ten nurses, CNAs, etc there are rude. My friend Liz says she has been treated very well. She loves the staff!
My husband was recently in OHR for 3 days. He received very little care. If anything, they avoided him. He was dirty (diaper) 2 of the 3 times I went to visit. I cleaned him up. They put a picture of us on FB which is a breach of our privacy. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. A 2 of 5 is all I can do and barely that.
Everyone is so happy there!
They need to hire people who are willing to do heir job
