Oxford Glen and it’s staff are amazing! They are not just there “for a paycheck” but genuinely care about the residents. The atmosphere is more like family than patients/caregiver.
I cannot say enough about Oxford Glen it is a wonderful place to put a loved one. It's a really hard decision to make to place a loved one in someone else's care but from the first time I spoke with the director Jackie I had a very good feeling about the place. After meeting with Jackie and touring the facility I was sold but wanted all of my mother's grandchildren to see the facility and let me know how they felt about it. On Thursday my brother, daughter, and I visited Oxford Glen Sachse, touring the community. We asked lots of questions which were patiently and honestly answered. We were all 3 very pleased with what we saw and heard. Natalia, the community nurse, came on Friday to do a physical assessment on Mom. She was wonderful. On Saturday I was sick with covid. Oxford Glenn has been great for my Mom. Staff is friendly and interacting more and more with my Mom. I really like that each wing has a small amount of residents and is always clean and smells nice.
I fine off so glad to be quite efficient and very accommodating is that like myself
