1. Water shutdown almost every week 2. Terrible managers- customer satisfaction is a foreign word to them 3. Rude Managers - Getting an email - which I have proof of how they communicate says enough of how they think of their tenant 4. Unprofessional landlord - From #2-4 they made up the main reason this is not a great apartment to live 5. Tenants move out of this area the soonest their contract is up. 6. So many hidden bills 7. Being strict is totally different from being Disrespectful - again Im going back to the managers.... read more

The most convenient location in LA KTown! Ktown Plaza is just outside of north stair exit of apt, which has H mart and stores A-Z. Another major mall GALLERIA is only one block away. Plenty parking spaces and ev charging stations now on ground level in gated parking garage. Very easy to take public transportation. Bus stops on Olympic and Western to all around city and even to LAX. Take bus number 207 and 102 at lowest price of $3.50. Just hop on and go. Was basically forced to move out because I’m in an wheelchair and the elevator shut down. I was told it would take MONTHS for repair. Leaving me scrambling to find an alternate place to stay. Had to call the fire department SEVERAL times to lift me up and down the stairs. So incredibly dehumanizing. In addition, prior to it shutting down for “months”, it was breaking down on and off before that. I was left stranded, starving in my room(in which I was living by myself) without food because I ran out and couldn’t physically go... read more

Ahorrense una larga lista de molestias y robos en este lugar, son muy atentos para ofrecerte el apartamento, pero realmente es un pésimo lugar para vivir, no mencionaré las innumerables cosas, son demasiadas, entre ellas, la administración. Basta con ver cuantos comentarios negativos hay, desde su robo con los depósitos como que no tienen ni una calificación de 4 o 5 estrellas jaja, es realmente pésimo lugar para vivir.
