I will start this review off by saying that I truly do love living here, or atleast i thought i did. It's in a good location, I'm close to my job, they have clean property, and they always have some kind of activities going on, and or food trucks. It really is a great place to live but I have to leave a 1 star review due to my experience with management since I've moved in. Stay far away. Dishonest and shady. Oxford at Lakeview offered a move-in special so I applied and paid application fee. I was ready to sign after getting approved but noticed the move-in special was not on the lease. After asking about it, I was assured it would be changed the following day. The next day, they told me the move-in special would not be honored and they would not refund the application fee despite confirming the move-in special several times before accepting my payment.
