The staff at Oxford Dental acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions about my treatment plan. The dentist was dismissive, and the front desk couldn’t even provide a clear cost estimate upfront. Ended up with a bill twice what I was quoted. Unprofessional and shady billing practices.
I had a filling done at Oxford Dental, and it fell out within a week. When I went back, they tried to charge me again for the exact same procedure. The dentist barely looked at me and rushed through everything. Terrible quality of work and even worse customer service.
The best dentist I have ever been to. Can't say enough about her. First time I felt taken care of. Had a root canal done by Doctor A. I did not feel a thing. walked out pain free. Girls were very nice and professional. Place was clean and modern. Is safe to say, I found my new dentist
I went to Oxford Dental for a routine cleaning and left with more problems than I started with. The hygienist was rough, leaving my gums bleeding and sore for days. When I complained, the receptionist shrugged it off like it was normal. Never again.
I have been going to Oxford Dental for around 3 or 4 months. The office is neat and clean. Everyone from the receptionist, doctor, and assistants are pleasant and professional. Dr. Aliaj was the first and only Dr. who wanted to save my remaining teeth. I highly recommend this dental office. My experience at this dental office has been exceptional.
