My initial impression of this bridal shop was that it is average. Didn't experience stellar service and compared to other bridal shops I had visited, it was just okay. However, I ended up purchasing my dress from here primarily because I knew they were just starting out and I'm an Ole Miss Alum. I don't live in Oxford (actually live in Dallas) so I wanted to give my business to someone I thought would appreciate it instead of the huge bridal shops that I had available to me at home. Oxford Bridal was beyond wonderful to work with. Being in the wedding business I have visited countless numbers of salons. Oxford Bridal was the first one I've ever been to where I felt like a priority, did not feel rushed, & felt that I was a valued customer. Oxford Bridal was THE BEST choice to go to. I went in there stressed out and worried about finding a dress in budget that I liked, and Lori and her staff Carly and Sarah were INCREDIBLE. They were so encouraging, upbeat, kind, and helped me out. I said yes to the dress in their store!!! She was flexible and worked with me on budget. They were wonderful. I had zero problems and am recommending her to all my friends who are engaged!!!! My dress is beautiful. I can't wait to wear it!

Wonderful Shop & Flawless Service!! The staff at Oxford Bridal was so kind and helpful. The owner, Lori, was amazing!! She helped make my bridal gown shopping such a wonderful experience. From the fitting, to the final dress and accessories...was flawless. I also love that all the alterations are in house...it made it so much easier. I even got my bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos from Oxford Bridal and they were such a help with our entire wedding party from getting measurements to alterations to shipping the dress to the one... read more

The shop is elegant and they have an incredible inventory of wedding dresses, veils, shoes, bridesmaid dresses, etc., also huge selection of pageant and prom dresses. Definitely ask for Cassidy, she is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very organized. There is a dress in every price range. Highly recommend this shop.

I love Oxford Bridal! This store is full of amazing dresses. There is a variety of dresses to choose from such as wedding gowns, prom dresses, cocktail, pageant, and more. The service is so friendly and helpful!!!

I enjoyed everything about my experience at Oxford Bridal. Great staff and wonderful selections. I would recommend buying anything from pageant to wedding gown; they truly go above and beyond for their customer.

This new store is awesome. From the minute you are greeted at the door, they are so wonderful. Ms Lorie is the best. She knows what she is doing. I feel completely confident in the help and information she is giving us. They have so much inventory and the prices are great. I would tell anybody who asked that they do not need to go any further than OXFORD BRIDAL to find what they are looking for!
